1. Importers apply to the local certification agency

2. Iranian VOC certification agencies will feedback the application information to their branches in the exporting country

3. The branches in the exporting country directly contact the exporter for inspection

4. During the inspection, the certification agency conducts sampling tests

5. If there are no problems with the inspection and the product test is qualified, a VOC certificate will be issued

6. If there are problems with the inspection or the product test fails, a non-conforming certificate will be issued
