Application process
1. Manufacturers prepare technical data and samples;
2. Conduct tests;
3. Factory inspection is required for the first application; (In principle, manufacturers that have obtained ISO9000 and other quality system certificates issued by EU national certification bodies do not need to undergo factory inspections);
4. Test reports and manufacturer technical data are submitted for review;
5. European national transportation departments issue certificates (the issuing agency may conduct regular or irregular follow-up factory inspections on certified product manufacturers).

A01 New customer information form (applicant applies for E/e4,8 for the first time, otherwise do not fill in)
A02 Primary review form (applicant applies for E/e4,8 for the first time, otherwise do not fill in)
A03 Contract signed between the applicant and the manufacturer (must fill in if the manufacturer and the applicant are different, otherwise do not fill in)
A04 Letter of authorization (required)
A05 Application form (required)
A06 Product consistency declaration (must fill in if there are multiple models, otherwise do not fill in)
A07 Trademark instruction manual (must fill in if the applicant needs to use a brand other than its own, otherwise do not fill in)
A08 Subsidiary company declaration (required for affiliation)
A09 Agency letter (required)
A10 Manufacturer ISO certificate (if there is no ISO certificate, factory inspection is required)
A11 Applicant business license
