If the manufacturer of electrical products wants to obtain the approval of a certain electrical appliance produced by its factory, it must submit a formal application including at least the following contents:

A. A brief description of the manufacturer's organization (organizational branch diagram);

B. A description of the specifications and standards based on which the product is manufactured;

C. A description of the production equipment;

D. A description of the inspection equipment;

E. If necessary, the measurement and calibration procedures and equipment description;

F. A description of the quality control measures and quality control specifications taken to supervise consistent manufacturing;

G. If the product is not all manufactured in the applicant's factory, the manufacturing stages in the manufacturer's factory and by other manufacturers should be described separately;

H. A list of test items that can be performed in the applicant's laboratory and a list of equipment available for these tests.
