SAA is the abbreviation of Standards Association of Australia, which is the standard setting organization of Australia. In 1999, it was changed from an association to a limited company, called Standards Australia International Limited, referred to as SAI. SAI is an independent stock company and has no direct relationship with the government. We often refer to Australian certification as SAA certification, but in fact SAA is only a standard setting organization and does not issue product certification certificates.

SAA does not have a fixed logo, but is represented by a certificate number. After a certificate is issued by a nationally recognized laboratory organization, the abbreviation code of the certification company and the registration certificate number are printed on it, which is the "safety mark". The certification number needs to be printed on the label.
