E-MARK Certification Introduction E-Mark is the European Common Market. For automobiles and motorcycles and their safety parts and components, noise and exhaust gas, etc., they must comply with the EU laws and regulations of the European Economic Commission. If the product meets the certification requirements, a certificate of conformity will be granted to ensure driving safety and environmental protection requirements. E-Mark is granted different numbers depending on the country of certification. For example, Luxembourg applied for E-Mark, and its E-Mark mark is E13/e13.

It is a certification mark for motor vehicles, safety components, and systems that the European Commission mandates member states to use in accordance with EU directives. The testing agency must be a technical service agency within an EU member state, and the certification agency must be the transportation department of the EU member state government. Products that have obtained the e-Mark certification will be recognized by all EU member states. Like the E-mark certification, certificates from each member state have corresponding numbers:
