1. Fill out the application form, prepare the materials and samples

2. The testing agency reviews the materials and conducts preliminary testing of the samples

3. The testing agency formally submits an application to an agency approved by the General Affairs Department MIC

4. The agency reviews the documents

5. Sample testing and providing a test report (can be tested by an authorized laboratory)

6. After the documents and test reports are approved, the Japanese MIC will issue a certificate
