1. The customer prepares samples and materials and submits them to the testing agency

2. The testing agency laboratory conducts testing. If it is a PSE round shape, NTEK will issue a declaration letter

3. For PSE diamond shape, factory inspection is also required

4. After the test and factory inspection are passed, the certification agency will issue a PSE diamond certificate
