1. The customer prepares samples and materials and submits them to the testing agency

2. The testing agency submits the samples and materials to KTL/KTC for testing

3. KTL/KTC conducts the test, issues a test report after the test is completed, and submits the report to the Korean certification agency RRA

4. The Korean agency RRA reviews the report and other application documents and issues the certificate if there are no problems
